Here is the latest BETA release with window buttons fixed, along with taskbar update and some "behind-the-scenes" updates and fixes.
STILL WORKING ON ALPHA TRANSPARENCY AND THE FULL WINDOW TRANSPARENCY, GOT IT, BUT WORKING OUT SOME BUGS.

THIS IS THE REAL DEAL!!!!!
After months of searching, I finally found someone who had Windows Vista and I did a little toying around. After a little while, I extracted all of the files used in the Windows Aero theme. I am currently working very hard to put together a skin with all of the hundreds of thousands of pictures used in Windows Aero, and I must say I'm doing pretty well.
Soon, I will release the most realistic Windows Aero Glass skin ever because it really is Windows Aero Glass!!!
The skin is not mine, even though i made it, all of the images are copyright of Microsoft Corporation.
I hope to release it soon!!
any suggestions are well appreciated and will be taken to mind when creating the skin.

Yes. Removing of search and positioning the Logoff and Shut down to include the wording spaces is a good idea as I dont want to install any software on my machine just to hide these words...
Btw, is the screenshot from XP or Vista?

with the search feature present, those two buttons are always way off where the real function of those two is. So to be able to use the skin on xp the search feature must go. I can send you a screen if you want to.
