This WindowBlinds Skin Is An Exact Mimic Of Windows Vista Ultimate. The Skin Includes:

-An Updated Task Pane In Explorer
-A Vista-Ish Progress Bar
-A Sleek Start Menu
-And Many Other Features.

In the meantime, I am including a start menu emulator by Windows X and it gives you a vista style start menu complete with program search bar.


This Is Without Doubt, The Best And Most Realistic Windows Vista Skin Available. And If It's Not, Tell Me And I will Fix That.

But..... for the ABSOLUTE MOST PERFECT VISTA XP COMPUTER, GET VISTA TRANSFORMATION PACK!!!!!

So question.

Is the picture up there just an actual screen shot of Vista Ultimate or is that was the skin is supposed to look like

because it's missing everything.

No Search bar. The colors are off.

And its not even organised the same.

I dont wanna sound like an ass its a great skin i just wanted to know if I downloaded the right thing or not.

yah, sorry, i'll take another screenshot of the actual thing. My screenshot maker was acting up and my computer was slow, so i had to get something near the same.

The picture is from Vista Ultimate. I like this skin though, here's a couple of items:

1. Start Button doesn't have a transparent line through it when docked to the top!! Few Vista skins get this right.

2. Window borders seem a bit too clear. They could probably do with a bit of frosting.

3. Put a fake user icon in the frame on the start menu for those of us that don't have one.

4. You can hide the icons on the right side of the start menu by changing the left content margin to -52

In full maximized mode, the windows become more frosted, as for the icons, i am updating the files in the zip with wallpaper, official user pictures, and maybe a start menu emulator.

Very nice skin, like the side shell style, not to keen on the bottem ones, nice clear task bar, yep nice one.Jim
